Naomi Wolf said it best in her amazing book, The Beauty Myth: “A culture fixated on female thinness is not an obsession about female beauty, but an obsession about female obedience. Dieting is the most potent political sedative in women’s history; a quietly mad population is a tractable one.”
We are BOMBARDED every day by the media with impossible beauty standards. Society tells us that our worth is based on how small we can make ourselves. Let’s think about that for a second.
When was the last time you felt truly powerful? When was the last time that you felt like the badass b*tch that you are?
Were you measuring your waist at the time? Eating a salad? Were you shrinking down to take up LESS space? No, my guess is that you were using your voice, or your body, in a way that was empowering AF to you and everyone around you. Or you were standing up for a cause you believe in. When you are fully empowered, you are taking up space. You are claiming what’s yours. You’re definitely not shrinking!!
I want to help you experience MORE times like this, and a really juicy place to start that journey is your relationship to food.

In my nearly 20 years experience in the health and fitness industry, I have met hundreds of clients who have severely damaged their bodies, and dare I say spirits, chasing their ideal body with the newest, shiniest diet trend.
Not only is your “ideal body” very rarely actually your idea, but – and I say this with a deep and abiding respect for how powerful and capable you actually are – you’ll never reach it. It is, by its very definition, an impossible goal. The “ideal body” conversation is one that we are all born into. It distracts us from loving ourselves, valuing our worth, and standing fully in our power.
We need a completely new conversation about nutrition.
Unfortunately, we can’t have that conversation until we deal with the strongly-held beliefs we all inherited about food and our bodies, and create a whole new context for how we nourish ourselves.
I designed this program to START with that contextual shift, and to enable you to facilitate your own transformation, as well as giving you the tools and information needed to make smart choices that are aligned with your health goals.
What IS included:
This class takes place over 8 weeks. Each group coaching session will be a live, interactive Zoom video call. Calls will be recorded, however, I recommend being live whenever possible.

Week 3: Optimizing Absorption
Week 4: Nutrition Science
Week 5: Brave Experimentation
Week 6: Cravings Deconstruction
Week 7: Mood Stabilization
Week 8: Body Celebration You will have assignments each week, and I would plan on spending 1-2 hours on each (although you may be quicker, and some of them are just a few minutes per day). As with anything, you get out of it what you put into it.
You will also be invited to a secret (meaning no one can see who is a member) Facebook group, for support outside of sessions.
