One of the best things you can do for your immune system right now, my loves, is to meditate. Meditation stimulates the parasympathetic branch of the nervous system, improves immunity, and supports a healthy stress response.
Just about everyone that I talk to is a heightened sympathetic (fight, flight or freeze) stress state right now, and we can’t sustain that very long without serious consequences to our health and well-being.
